What to know before you reach out.
How far in advance should we book event coverage?
As early as you can — SWFL event season fills our calendar fast. Four to six weeks gives us time to plan properly; if your event is sooner, call us and we’ll tell you honestly whether we can do it right.
Can you both film and livestream the same event?
Yes — that’s one of our most common productions. One crew, one plan: live multi-platform streaming during the event plus edited video and photography afterward.
Do you cover events outside Fort Myers?
Yes. We produce events across Cape Coral, Naples, Bonita Springs, Port Charlotte, and the wider Southwest Florida region.
What do we actually receive after the event?
Whatever we scoped together — typically a highlight reel, longer-form edits, and a photo set formatted for web and social. You’ll know the full deliverables list before the event, not after.
Can our sponsors get content too?
